I was looked after well. Great bed, great breakfast.

It was a first time stay in this beautiful hotel and we loved it, such friendly staff, room beautiful and breakfast delicious, definitely be back, ps so many pictures of my Great Grandfather Fred Archer to see as well so lovely bonus x

This hotel is for chillers only. Just relax and forget all your worries. Fantastic food, great staff, top class facility. BUT; dont have a 2nd floor room when it's the hottest weekend of the year. Not that you'll know when you book but it was just too hot. No air conditioning just a small noisy fan so took the edge off the chill factor! However, its was a fantastic base to explore west Suffolk. Do try it.......

Novotel is a lovely hotel, Lovely & helpful staff, very clean and a nice feel, we will be coming back for sure fairly soon. More areas to visit. I would give this hotel 10\10 and we rarely give that score.... Mr & Mrs Reed....Thank you Novotel.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with polite staff, and the whole location was well maintained and clean. Service was always good and the breakfast was excellent each morning we stayed. The location itself is a few minutes walk from the centre of Cambridge and all the local attractions there making them easily accessible. I would recommend going punting but do it early before it gets too busy...there are plenty of other sites and buildings to visit such as the Fitzwilliam Museum, and the...

Stayed here while visiting Cambridge for a few days. Great hotel with lovely bar and restaurant area and Starbucks. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and dinner in the restaurant the following night and the food was excellent in both. My only niggle would be that the service was a bit slow at times. The hotel was fantastic for the price. Staff were all really helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t empty the bath as there was no plug release! Also the hairdryers need replacing. They are the old fashioned ones fixed into the drawer and it only worked for about 30 seconds before cutting out. Free and ample parking.

For an old building the place was beautifully kept and the new annex building was also clean and stunning
