"Lovely comfortable flat with lovely seaside decor. Amazing view of the sea. Close to everything you need. Parking is tight but they do warn you of this, so it wasn’t a surprise. There is some noise from the road as there are traffic lights outside the bedroom window and it’s near the theatre so some noise from there. But it did not affect our long weekend break and we had a wonderful time and would go back."

"Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up. "The property is an amazing old building right in the centre of town, opposite the fossil museum and a very short walk to the beach As others have mentioned it is directly above a burger restaurant, which didn’t pose an issue other than an overwhelming smell of old cooking fat in the communal entrance although isnt noticeable upstairs in the apartment The place was perfectly clean but the sofa has seen better days and the main bed was very uncomfortable. "We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... The cafeterias near the coffee machine downstairs were a great idea as the coffee machine wasn't working. Can recommend and will definitely be booking again if we're in Dorchester"

"Wasn’t disappointed, booked this as it had good reviews and all I can say is they are all true. Staff are so friendly it was lovely. Room had everything that you could need. We had a room overlooking the car park. (Plenty of free parking for residents) We could hear the road, however, we had the window open as we were very warm and it wasn’t busy overnight. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and plenty of it. We didn’t eat in the evening, however if breakfast is anything to go by we will be on our next stay.All in all, we will be going back. Due to location we could walk to the hospital (which is why we chose this) also walking distance to the main town - even though it is up and down a few hills but a pleasant walk."
