"Me and my husband have just left after the most loveliest weekend. The lodge was everything we could have hoped for and more. Stunning setting, so clean, everything was catered for. There were personalised robes and slippers for hot tub use, a lovely chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us and a box of chocolates. The owners are lovely and even went above and beyond and provided us with some of their own chickens eggs when we said we needed to pop to the shop for some....

"Cannot fault this lovely property right on the banks of the river! We stayed a week at the Nest. It is more spacious than it appears. "We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there."

Nice hotel, friendly and helpfu staff, decent food
"We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. We were very grateful as we had a five year old with us who was very hungry! The food was very tasty and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however the shower wasn't the best and could benefit from updating. The hotel was perfect for our stay as we visited Wookey Hole Caves whilst there before moving on up country the second day. We were very happy with our stay for the price, and would probably stay there again if we were in the area. "
