" Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided)

"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available!
The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash!
Pool remained cold!

"We had an amazing stay at the Kempinski Ishtar. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was great entertainment in the evenings that made the nights even better. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, it was well worth it and we’d be happy to return."
"Arrived very late (early am) after 27 hr trip. Hotel was very responsive and made sure I had a driver to pick me up. Hotel is 5 mins from airport. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. Will stay here again before outbound flight."
"We wish we could stay longer than one night.Great hotel with alot to see and do for families and couples.To get to the dead sea beach there is a golf buggy,very helpful on hot days.The dinner buffet was fantastic,everything you could ask for and all tasty.The breakfast buffet was even better.Room was large with dead sea views.

The DJ (I think Sarah) is amazing, and a very special thank you and shout out to everyone who went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Saleh, Faisal, Hassan the manager, Hamza at the pool, and everyone in between is so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for the pools, the food, the views, the vibes, and above all the great treatment from the staff everywhere. Thank you everyone!! The bed is comfortable rooms are clean, there are two main restaurants, but I think a malls also near by if you wanted more options. Great time!"
