The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more superior room. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the sea views across the property were absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the pools were clean and inviting throughout our stay. We dined at both Oak and Champions, and the food was outstanding. A very special thanks to Joseph,Samuel, Qynty and Habib, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after and enjoyed the evenings out in the warmly setup patio areas. Dining experience was fantastic especially with the services of Zharla and Ann, and the egg station gentleman. A truly wonderful stay. The room was large with a great view, very clean. The breakfast buffet was huge with a good variety of options and the grounds/pool are immaculate with plenty of area's to choose from depending on whether you want quiet or a little more life. The access to the Dead Sea was good and the 'lift' was much appreciated.
