"Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Friendly staff. The area can be a bit noisy so keep that on mind when you book and the picnic hamper for breakfast was fun."

Staff are very friendly, room was absolutely immaculate and gorgeously decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
You will hear the noise from Canal street but this is only to be expected considering the location. If you are looking for a quiet stay then this might not be the best choice, if however you are looking to be right in the middle of the village and enjoy all it has to offer then Velvet Hotel is an absolutely stunning choice.
