"We stayed for one evening,the hotel was busy as it was a Saturday but staff were polite and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor,large with a flush floor shower Generally clean although thick dust on lights and shades. We paid for breakfast on the day,the cooked is £16.99 which our friends had.We had the continental at £9.99 each,it was nice but disappointed as only pastries avaliable were croissants but others were on the menu,also no ham again on menu. Parking is a challenge but £5 to park overnight was well worth it."

"The hotel building and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a dog friendly room on the ground floor and it was very clean and comfortable. Yes, it’s a little dated maybe but we expected that and given that we only paid £58 for the night, I think value for money was excellent. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as we didn’t eat there."

"Needs a little tlc in some areas... receptionist was more interested in chit chatting rather than helping me out with a problem in my room and I was expected to wait 2 hours for a remedy!!! If it wasn't for Cameron in the restaurant this place would be worse the management need to take a closer look at what he does and the hours he works and offer him management training"
