The Apartment has a unique view of the sea. The building was built in 2022.  
The space  
Sky Residence Burgas has a unique sea view. The building was built in 2022\. The furnishing of the apartment is brand new and fully designer. The apartment has a small boutique terrace equipped with a table and two chairs for relaxation and rest.  
The location is very communicative. The bus terminal is 50 meters from the building and you could reach as quickly as possible to any point of Burgas. The beach is 45 minutes walk from the apartment and 5 minutes by car. The center of Burgas is 10 minutes by bus. Two large supermarkets Kaufland and Lidl are 20 meters from the building. 50 meters away is Mall Burgas Plaza. Near the building there are small shops, restaurants, pharmacies, 2 hospitals, a park for walks, a children's park and a skate park. The largest mall in Burgas - Mall Galeria is located only 1.5 km from the apartment. The bicycle path runs right next to the building and goes around the whole city.
