Was a short line at check-in that took about 15 minute wait but there was only 1 person working the desk. Staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. Food in the bar/cafe was amazing, very fresh and reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff and breakfast was perfect to start the day

Great place to stay, rooms very comfy. Loved having a kitchen and sofa area with our 9 month old, made meal times much easier. The pool was lovely and clean with fresh towels everyday. The breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and could fill up for the day, even catered for gluten free.

the room was great, two bedrooms and a sofa bed in main living which was extensive for a hotel room. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a reasonable size pool that got the evening sun. It was also perfect for Warner bros studio which was only a short 5 minute walk away and multiple good restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

We arrived at midnight on the 2nd/ 3rd June and were promptly and courteously seen to. We were offered a coffee due to a long 30 hour trip from England. We have stayed here before and find it extremely clean, updated rooms, breakfast and fantastic staff. It may be very close to the freeway, but this is SO important because of the nuts LA traffic and also close to all attractions and shopping. 10/10.

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.
