"When we got there our reservation had been canceled but eventually we made another online through hotels.com. There was no refrigerator but staff brought one to our room the next day. The room is old but it was clean. Housekeeping was available everyday. Parking is easy but it’s a little hard to find the first time in the dark. They have unlimited coffee which was really nice and a microwave for everyone to use. We have stayed here several times in the past few years but this time there is a new owner and front desk staff changed several during the day. It doesn’t have the same feel as before."

"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was not very clean when we checked in and in the four days we stayed there it was never cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the floor when we checked in. We did get fresh towels each day. Bed was OK at best. It was hard and lumpy. I am not for sure but I think it had bed bugs. I woke each morning with red/itchy spots on my legs. First 2 mornings I thought it was something that bit me while hiking but the next 2 mornings I had the same type of red spots even though I had not been hiking. Same breakfast every morning. It was eatable at best. Juice machine worked the first morning and then an out of order sign was put on it after that. I would stay hear only as a last resort."

"I had a clean room and a comfortable bed, good hot shower, and the exit on my wing lead directly to where I parked my car. If I could provide some feedback unsure if related to the hotel, the driveway leading up to it was feeling quite rough. About the hotel itself? I had no issues. Breakfast was great. There was a pool and fitness room I did not use personally, yet were on the smaller side, so be mindful of time spent as a guest!"

"Paid for an upgraded room days before arriving- was given the wrong room upon check-in. Brought it to the attention of staff and was told it was the correct room. Showed the front desk the upgrade confirmation and was advised that they didn’t have any other rooms available, they were under “remodel”. Was told that one would be clean 2 hours after check-in. Was told we’d be moved without charge. Got another room and it was wrecked; the fire place was out of order, curtains ripped and wouldn’t close, refrigerator was dirty with the freezer frozen over with ice, mirrors all over the room were cracked, most of the lights didn’t work, and the couch in the room was so dirty. No breakfast was available as offered. The whole experience was so awful we left a night early. Got home and they charged my credit card an extra $238. The whole experience was unpleasant."

"For the price this is a very nice place to stay. I paid 322 for an entire week. No breakfast or coffee but there is a Burger King that is a couple min walk away so you can get breakfast there for cheap. As long as it's not raining, you are golden. The no - smoking king and queen rooms are nice. I stayed in the no-smoking twin bed rooms, non-smoking king and queen and smoking king rooms. I quit smoking long ago but that was all they had available at the time so I had no choice. It absolutely reeks of cigarettes, if you are a smoker I'm sure it's fine but otherwise avoid it like the plague."
