"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Rossmarkt Haus was outstanding. Our apartment was large and comfortable. We looked out right on to one side of the Black Church and the Main Street, although there was minimal traffic sound. Breakfast was conveniently located in the Figaro restaurant just below our apartment. Eszter communicated with us several times before we arrived. She met us and carried our luggage upstairs - very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. "
