- This modern house is situated over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the top floor 1 master double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom and 1 double, which can be made into a twin on request. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area on the second floor with Juliet balcony, TV with Freeview and DVD. Unlimited WIFI. Fully reclinable electric sofas - for those days when the British weather gets the better of you. Kitchen area with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed garden and a patio with table and chairs accessed via ground floor. Amenities: designated parking in adjacent car-port for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and electric, under-floor heating included. Regret no smoking or pets.
