Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible, don't recommend. There is only a virtual desk, no reception. It stated that they would get in touch prior to the check in, never happened. I tried to message, call, email to no prevail. I arrived at the airport with no accommodation, contacted Expedia, they couldn't get a hold of the property either. Waited till last second, evening came, still sitting around with my 3 young kids, still no accommodation. I had to book another property at 5pm or sleep in the streets. Furthermore, now I will have to try and claim the money back which will be interesting to say the least. I do not recommend this property at all. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Happy to take your money but then not provide a service at all. Avoid at all costs unless you like being scammed when travelling.
