"Although I asked, I got no help with my luggage to my room, The breakfast staff seems unhappy with their jobs, they give you attitude for any question, no one smiles here.

"This was our second stay this month and it was very comfortable. We had a problem ordering room service but resolved this with reception who offered a helpful alternative. We discovered a park and a second mall near the hotel, which was good. We loved the proximity to the metro."
"Unprofessional staff do not help the hotel guests at all. The location is very far and it is very difficult and expensive to get there. My room was opened for cleaning but the bathroom and toilet were completely dirty. Even one star is too much. Very disappointing"

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
