### Pachthof 1860 with beautfiul surrounding close to Brussels

Pachthof 1860 is een ruime luxueuze vakantiewoning geschikt tot 25 personen (waarvan 20 volwassenen). Er zijn 6 ruime kamers met elk eigen sanitair. De woning is landelijk gelegen in het mooie glooiende Pajottenland op wandelafstand van het kasteel van Gaasbeek, maar tegelijk ook op een steenworp van Brussel.   
  
De voormalige graanschuur van 1860 werd met veel passie gerenoveerd waarbij authentieke elementen bewaard werden in combinatie met nieuwe technieken. De woning is ideaal voor wie rust, ruimte, natuur en comfort zoekt. Maar evengoed voor sportievelingen of ‘tout court’ voor iedereen die het bruisende Pajottenland met zijn vele troeven in al zijn charme wil ontdekken. Het is dé perfecte uitvalsbasis voor families en vriendengroepen die samen willen genieten en er is voor ieder wat wils. Ook voor een teambuilding of zakelijke verhuur is de woning zeer geschikt.  
  
Wandelen & Fietsen (veel meer suggesties in de infomap in de woning)  
  
· Maak een rustige wandeling door de groene valleien en velden, met onderweg o.a. idyllische kapelletjes en hoeves en landschapskubussen (Herne). De hoeve ligt trouwens aan wandelknooppunt 7\. Ideaal voor korte of langere wandeltochten  
  
· Ook talrijke fietsroutes met verschillende afstanden bv. de sierlijke Zenneroute of de Remco Evenepoel route (R.EV 1703). Fietsknooppunten 71 en 11 bevinden zich op enkele minuten met de fiets  
  
· De streek leent zich enorm goed tot hardlopen en tochten met de koersfiets, gravel- en mountainbike  
  
Bezienswaardigheden in de buurt  
  
· De schilderachtige Sint-Laurentiuskerk en de landelijke dorpskern van Gaasbeek  
  
· Het kasteel van Gaasbeek met zijn mooie museumtuin en talrijke evenementen, de Gertrudiskapel alsook het domein van Groenenberg  
  
· Rozentuin Coloma te Sint-Pieters-Leeuw  
  
· Nabijgelegen natuurgebieden zoals de Pedevallei (Bruegelwandeling), Zuunvallei, Slagvijver en uitkijkpost Jaak Calloenstraat te Sint-Pieters-Leeuw en heel wat stiltegebieden in het Pajottenland (het Toscane van de lage landen)  
  
· Talrijke brouwerijen in de streek bv. HUB brewers (op 800 m), Bogaerden brouwerij, brouwerij Lindemans, distillerie De Cort en wijndomein Bruut Winery, zijn één voor één een bezoekje waard  
  
· Brussel: de Grote Markt, met vele musea, en culturele activiteiten (16 km). Metrostation Erasmus op 6,5 km van de woning  
  
Tips  
  
· Huur een fiets/vespa in de buurt of gebruik Villo! in Brussel  
  
· Stop onderweg bij een lokaal typisch café voor een streekbiertje (tip: geuze en kriek zijn hier thuis)  
  
· Geen zin om te koken, er kan ook een kok aan huis worden geboekt, vraag gerust op voorhand suggesties  
  
Huisregels;  
  
Er is een waarborg van 750 EUR die voor aankomst per overschrijving dient betaald te worden. Deze waarborg wordt terugbetaald binnen de 10 dagen na vertrek, mits geen schade. Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten en drinkpartijen in dit huis is ten strengste verboden. Roken of vapen is enkel buiten toegelaten. O.w.v. brandweer vereisten: geen gebruik van fonduestel, raclettetoestel, gourmetstel en steengrill. Uit respect voor de buurt vragen we stilte uren tussen 22u - 8u. We vragen voor het vertrek om alle afval te sorteren en de woning bezemschoon na te laten en de gebruikte toestellen te reinigen. Bij extra schoonmaak dienen we dit van de borg te houden, gelieve hier rekening mee te houden.
