They didn’t even answer the phone when calling about the kids and adults running up and down the hall from 9pm to 11:30pm. The halls smelt like marijuana and at 1:30am 4/11 the fire alarm went off because room 404 thought it would be a great to smoke pot and trigger the fire alarm."

"Room was dirty as was one towel. The bed made noises when I rolled over. When the heater turned on it vibrated so loudly that it would wake me up a night. Staff was friendly, but the conditions were unacceptable. "

"Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. "
