"Had a great time on the property. My wife even wants a house just like it. Nice spacious living area with nice front and back porches to relax on. We even enjoyed the fire pit.Our dog loved the running space available in the fenced-in back yard and chasing the geese in the pond beyond the fencing (as much as he could). Streets were safe to go walking with him as well. Thank you for providing the "doggie bags" for cleanup, as well as the treats."17 miles to Hilton Head" was a bit deceiving as it takes 50-minutes to get there, but still worth the trip.We are a family of four and found it very comfortable, but I am sure even larger parties would feel the same. Oh, and it has an ice maker that can hold a lot of ice!Thank you,Brian and Family"

"Beautiful property in an excellent location! We got married in Beaufort and we stayed here for our honeymoon. The sunroom was perfect for a beautiful marsh view breakfast and dinner was amazing watching the sunsets. Close to sands beach and anything else you wanted to do. I would stay here on all my trips to Beaufort/Port Royal!"

"The house was clean and comfortable and as nice as the photos show, with easy check in and great communication. I liked that it was easy to access with lots of parking and not many (one!) step to negotiate. Saw deer almost nightly and the trail is steps away with a perfect nightly sunset view. The outside space was wonderful. We had a great week! "

"The house was perfect for our fam of four! Loved that the Spanish moss trail was within walking distance. And every where we needed to go was close to the cottage! Our family truly enjoyed our first stay in South Carolina at this cottage! We definitely plan to come back again! Only reason I rated communication a 3 was because there was no resolution to having WiFi issues. Thankfully we were hardly there and so it was that big of an issue. "
