The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.

Ceiling was so thin, some construction worker or meth addict above me kept me up all night long walking around, working on something, and dropping tools or something. As soon as my alarm went off at 0600, they left. I had a 9 hour drive the next day. Should've just slept in my car.

I love staying here bc it is near 95, close to most food choices and an hr from SAV. The breakfast options are nice and sitting in the lobby is comfortable, especially if you want to play pool, charge your phone or heat up a late night snack. The rooms are nice enough for your stay and I love the toiletries. However, the cleaning situation needs to be posted. I was there for four days and my room was cleaned once. Now, I am someone who only needs towels and the garbage dumped. But couldn’t get that daily. At check in, I clearly stated I wanted my room cleaned daily. Another reason I like staying here, they have a nice gym facility. My four day stay: NO ONE CLEANED that gym. Towels ran out, the wipes were empty and the machines were definitely not cleaned or wiped. I primarily stay here bc pricing is competitive with other hotels. I think I’ll try someone else next stay.

Pros: The room was wonderful, comfy bed, everything anyone could need, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, silverware, glasses, etc. , television ( small choice of channels) bring ur sign in information for ur premium channels, Cons: more handicap parking needed, more channels on television needed, breakfast set up was nice, but was cold, selections could have been better, not as nice as other hotels I've been at....If there was a pool i didnt see it...a map of location would be nice, things to see in area also would have been nice...

We received a call at approximately 9:36 stating that we were creating too much noise. We had a special needs child with and I can’t imagine we were being overly loud. Quiet time starts at 10 Pm as posted. We were located on the third floor and indicated we had a child with us. I travel to Beaufort once a month on business and will be looking for other options for lodging.

No major issues but I have never stayed in a hotel where you can hear peoples conversations in the rooms beside you and every footstep of the people on the floor above you until this! We could not sleep due to all the noise. Our neighbors were not arguing or being loud - just casual conversation could be heard until early morning hours.

With check in, the lady wasn't friendly at all. The room shower def needed to be cleaned better, but overall the room was clean. The stay was good. Bed comfortable. The rooms are not sound proof as you can hear all the walking and moving around outside your room and above. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The check out guy was friendly, so that was good too.

The hotel was in an excellent location for our weekend stay. The area outside the hotel was clean and neatly landscaped. The hotel desk was staffed by a pleasant man who greeted us as we walked in. He was attentive, found our reservation, and processed the room keys. The room was neat and clean. I liked the window coverings that allowed in light and provided privacy. The halls were clean and the floors vacuumed including the stairways. A good breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. I enjoyed having access to coffee and hot water for tea at all hours.
