"Everything was there as advertised, though we had to buy a clothes iron, which we left. We bought a Brita water filter refillable water dispenser, which we left. We bought a folding tray table to use as a bedside table, because there wasn’t one, which we left. The description indicated there was a grill, which wasn’t there. We called the management company and a brand new Weber grill was delivered with new grilling tools and a bag of charcoal. They were very responsive. We bought a charcoal starter chimney and fire starters, which we left. Our last two days of our stay after the last set of guests left, thankfully, the toilet clogged. Again the management company was very responsive. It took 3-1/2 hours to get it working the first day. The following night when it happened, a Friday, they had it cleared within minutes.The closeness to the Spanish Moss Trail and just north of Old Port Royal was a real positive. Other than the few issues noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Be aware the neighbor’s yards on either side are a bit junky if that could be an issue. "

"What a wonderful place to stay. We book it for our son’s Marine Corps Graduation. Location was amazing. Literally, over the bridge from the exit for the base. Plenty of space for large family gatherings. Our whole family was able to sit and listen to the crazy stories from boot camp. Checking out today I was a bit sad. This place gave us a moment we all were waiting for 13 weeks. Family time!"
