"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the swimming pool during our visit, which was disappointing. However, the hotel kindly provided us with complimentary breakfast, which was a really nice gesture and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience, and I look forward to staying here again soon."

"My stay at the Queens Hotel was generally very nice. The overall experience, cleanliness, and hospitality were pleasant, and it provided a comfortable base. However, my only real drawback was during the peak of the hot summer weather. When I kindly asked the front desk if they could help replace or provide a more effective fan for the room, they unfortunately didn't manage to help. The fan provided wasn't up to the job of keeping the room cool during the heatwave, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably. Aside from that one hiccup with room temperature control during hot weather, everything else was good. With a bit more attention to guest comfort during warm spells, this would easily be a 5-star stay."

"The room was very clean except for the armchair which is in need of a shampoo. Everything else was fine, plenty of tea, coffee etc. My only real concern was that on the morning of check out, someone, presumably a housekeeper, opened my door then left again. I found this worrying because it was well before check out time, I was in the shower and I was a woman alone and defenceless. I thought I had double locked the door but obviously it can still be opened by staff."
