"Fawsley Hall is a lovely hotel and the spa is excellent. The common areas and the grounds are all super. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient in both the hotel and spa - whoever has done the staff training has done an excellent job. There were a few areas showing tiredness in the corridors & our room, but this did not detract from an excellent stay. Would definitely visit again."

"Our shower cubicle showed some dirt in the grouting and at the hinges. The rooms was good other than that. The staff were pleasant and tried to help. Thay lacked some experience of dealing with guests. A more experienced bar/ restaurant manager to train and guide them could help move the dial from good to great."

"I had a one-night stay while travelling via the M1. I didnot use many of the amenities. The parking was paid, which felt a little odd considering it is right off the motorway and most people arrive by car. Food was decent as well."
