The lady on reception was very helpful. The vouchers for breakfast could also be used for an evening meal at any of the food outlets on site. Room very nice! Would use again!…

A very pleasant stay…

We stayed one night at Overstone. We were immediately impressed by the country village style of the site. The reception was easy to find and the welcome friendly and informative. Our room was not in a hotel but a unit in a small terrace in the grounds. It was up a flight of stairs to a balcony which gave access to the rooms. The room was small but had everything that we needed and was comfortable and very warm. The only fault for me was the lack of a telephone to reception, I felt that as the accommodation was away from the main public area, if there had been a problem it would have been difficult to call for help. We used the swimming pool and were happy with the facilities. The bar and restaurant were also in the reception area. The evening menu had a good choice and the salmon was delicious. The breakfast was also extremely good with a choice for every taste. Our eggs were cooked separately and as we wanted them. Overall, it was a good stay with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent facilities. We certainly intend to stay again when next in the area.…We stayed one night at Overstone.
