Please make sure trash is disposed into dumpster, located near the tennis courts at the bottom of the road (across the street). The dumpster code is 1205
Winter months- turn heat down to 55 Summer months - turn ac off

Kathy was a pleasure to deal with, and the property was beautiful. Newly renovated, clean, and nice view of the mountains and lake.
