And you wouldn’t miss the U-shaped skyline pool in the building with a fantastic city skyline view. This apartment is located on level 22. Holes in one of the bed sheets. only 1 outdoor chair for a 2 bed unit. walls look like they were painted with undercoat to try to hide patches all over the walls. skirting boards missing, dirty oven and bin. I contacted the host Serain Residences to sort the issue however there only solution was to send a cleaner the next day. Which did not resolve the couch situation or outdoor chair. The photos online are not a true representation of this property. Also the pool was disgusting with mould everywhere. We had a show booked and dinner reservations and could not find anywhere else to stay. I asked the host if they had another unit they could offer however, they said no.
