Easy access for bus and ferries.However our unit was facing Brunswick Rd and you could not use the balcony due to road noise. Secure undercover parking is good, although the car spaces are very tight. The unit could improve on these things: -provide dishwasher detergent, more than 1 dishwashing sachet- we stayed for 4 nights! - buy better quality cutlery and more plates etc - overall furniture quality was cheap - uncomfortable lounge and bed - laundry door was unhinged - small coffee plunger that was unusable due to damage to mesh. For the price we paid we would expect a coffee machine - stairs from carpark are a major concern if you have mobility issues or elderly - we did not receive our code for the lockbox until almost check in time - bathroom mirror needs replacing and some major concerns happening with shower wall and cracks in corners My husband and I felt we paid too much for our stay. We would not stay again. I would not stay there if I had to go into Brisbane cbd though. Negatives: the TV antenna wasn’t working at all, the pillows were atrociously bad, and I had sent an enquiry a few days before and never heard back. Upon arrival, the entry code provided did not work. Despite contacting the number provided for assistance, the response I received from your staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. I was told to "find the place myself" after waiting 30 minutes for assistance. Eventually, it was discovered that the wrong had been given to me. As a result, I was stranded outside for nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes, which caused me to miss picking up my friend from the airport — they had to arrange and pay for an Uber instead. When I finally entered the property, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the space. The floor was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The sofa in the lounge was stained and in such poor condition that it was uncomfortable and unhygienic to sit on. Additionally: The air conditioning did not work. There was constant noise from outside, indicating poor insulation. The bed sheets and quilt were stained and unclean. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected, especially for the price paid. It not only caused significant inconvenience but also made our entire stay uncomfortable.
