While we strive to meet early check-in requests, please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternative rooms to offer. If there’s a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team needs adequate time to prepare the space. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. This is to protect your baby’s sensitive skin from potential reactions to the detergents used by commercial laundries. We recommend using your own familiar fabrics, linens, and mattress to ensure your baby's comfort and avoid any sensitivities. However, the portacot does come with a padded mat for the base. FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE: There is a sensor in the apartment’s living area, which is NOT a camera or recording device. It monitors noise levels, environmental factors (temperature and humidity), and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices nearby).
