"We enjoyed our stay at Mantra. We were there for 4 nights. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very nice with cold AC. The pool was pleasant. The bartender Luca made us some delicious Sandia Margaritas. A shoutout to some of the staff members that helped us get around. And recommended where to go shopping and restaurants. "Super Hotel, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Internet ist allerdings nicht besonders. Außerdem, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, die Strandbar Xcaanda gegenüber feiert mit sehr lauter Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens. Für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr ärgerlich."
"Punta Kai was a very clean place and conveniently located near the center. The staff was always attentive to what we needed and very friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that even after the quiet hours began, some guests continued making noise, which made it difficult to fully rest. Overall, it was a positive experience."
"Beautiful setting overlooking the beach, beautifully designed suites/rooms, removed from the commercial areas but overlooking beautiful zicatela beach.. Beach is pleasant to observe with enormous waves and spectacular sunsets though not safe for swimming.
Visitors would be better advised to book their own transportation to beaches and other sites as the services employed or contacted by the hotel charge a multiple of the prevailing commercial transport rates."
"The staff was wonderful, always attentive breakfast well served welcome drink given upon arrival. The only bad part is the location is above a disco or nightclub. You can hear the music up till two or three in the morning every night. Water pressure Low and one night no hot water. Bit cannot say enough of the staff 10 out of 10 "
