Whether you're relaxing with a movie or making use of the designated workspace, this room adapts to your needs. Step directly onto the private patio from the living area and soak up the morning sun in this peaceful outdoor retreat.  
  
KITCHEN  
  
Our kitchen has been thoughtfully prepared with love and care to make you feel right at home. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, and all the cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery you’ll need to create a delicious brunch or lunch for everyone. We’ve also added a warm touch by providing complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper—please help yourself! The dining table, which seats up to six guests, is the perfect space to gather with your loved ones, share meals, and enjoy quality time together. We hope it becomes a place for wonderful memories during your stay.  
  
BEDROOMS  
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

\* Bedroom 2, zip and link beds, set up as two singles but can be made into a double on request, sleeps 2

\* The bathroom has a corner bath, sink, mirror and toilet & large luxury bathtub  
\* The en suite is a shower room with sink, mirror and toilet.

\* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use.  
\* Parking vouchers are available to purchase at £12 per day after your booking is confirmed.  
\* Late check-out fee £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance.  
\* Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request  
\* Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat

We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do, and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:  
  
No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking  
Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00\. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep  
No pets are allowed at this property.  
Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)  
When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you  
This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking  
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.  
  
Full check in information will be provided via email and SMS on the day of arrival.
