The whole experience was disastrous, the flat we rented was completely dis functional and not made for three or four people, it was not what was sold to us online and is clearly scammy and cheap. For starters, the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. Extremely hard, uncomfortable, not level, and simply not useable to sleep on. We paid for three people and two beds, but resorted to sleeping together three of us in the double bed of the room. (I.e: neither of us managed to get a good night sleep) The first day when we arrived, we opened the door to the bathroom and the door came off the hinges at the top, with no forceful movement whatsoever, resulting in not being able to open and close and a lack of privacy. The toilet flush barely worked with having to leave it un flushed most of the time until it would. The kitchen clearly lacked in utensils (no microwave, only two forks when the flat is made for 4 people, not functional for more than 2, no sharp knives for cooking, only round table knives). We specifically booked a flat and not a hotel to be able to use the kitchen which was not a success. Same for seating to eat. Only two chairs, not made for 4, had to eat on the beds, ridiculous. The coffee pot had old rotten coffee at the bottom. The whole building smelt like stale smoke and was dirty.
