The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, this can be reached by the lift or stairs and is all on one level with a large ensuite connected to the master bedroom.
You are right in the heart of everything that Brighton has to offer, with only a few minutes walk to places such as the Brighton Royal Theatre, Brighton Dome, the Royal Pavilion and the beach. Many restaurants to choose from so that you can explore cultural food entertainment and bustling nightlife.
Living Area
The living area in our apartment is an open plan which was thoughtfully created with a vision of our guest relaxing and unwinding after having a long or exploring day around Brighton. It's very spacious, and is the perfect space to chill with friends and families. This area has a sofa bed big enough to sleep two adults, a contemporary dining room table which seats six and a work area. It has large bay windows, and a 50” Smart 4K TV (with streaming apps – just log in with your own account).

The kitchen is open-plan layout connected to the lounge. You will have access to our fully equipped kitchen which has plenty of space to cook and has all the amenities you will need.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable with bed linen and towels. There is plenty of storage for your personal belongings and a hair dryer and Iron with board is also provided and kept in the main bedroom.
Bedroom 1 - has a King bed (std) or two singles if required. A request must be made in advance or at point of booking for the option of singles.
It has a large ensuite with a walk in shower room. Designed to help you unwind and get the best night's sleep possible.
Bedroom 2 – has two singles (std) or a King. A request must be made in advance or at the point of booking for the option of a King. Allowing you to tuck away for a peaceful rest, this second bedroom is bright, airy and fully restyled for modern comfort.
Living Room - This area has 2 double sofa beds suitable for 4 adults. A request must be made in advance or at the point of booking for these options.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub and an overhead shower, clothes basket to store your laundry if you or on a long stay and other essentials
The ensuite is modern, spacious and has a walk-in shower
Complimentary starter toiletries: soap, handwash, shampoo, toilet roll, bath towels and bath mats are available.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is a lift in the building to the 01st floor, so no climbing of stairs, unless you prefer to do so.
We also kindly request that guests treat our home as you would do your own and respect our neighbours.
There is a secure lockbox access at the apartment door. An entry code will be provided to enter the building from the main entrance. This will be shared 24 hours before arrival.
Parking
There is no parking at the property due to its location being in the heart of the City. However our guests are able to offload at the main door for up to 20 mins. Please ensure that you leave a note in your vehicle when doing so with your mobile number in case it needs to be moved.
There are two public car park nearby.
