The room was nice and spacious and most of the amenities were decent. The thing I liked least was out of 10 baked items on there breakfast list there was not at least one that was gluten free.

The place was great. The only things I didn't like about the hotel itself was the bed was pretty hard that it was difficult to sleep in, the cleanliness was not up to par. It looked as if the place were old and raggedy that no one took time to clean certain things. But I will give you credit for the coffee pot. Being able to use the coffee pot that I know how to use was convenient for drinking my own coffee. One more thing I will give you credit for is the scenic view you have from the bedroom window

The staff was more than amazing and were able to help with any questions in regards to where we could smoke as we were in town for a special 420 event. Access to the beach area was unlike any we had been able to be at. Breakfast included and also delivered to our door with extras not costing an arm and leg. The room was older but we loved that aspect. Beyond happy with our stay and will definitely be back thank you all for the hospitality

The beach front access was a welcome perk. the free breakfast had a lot of options and was delivered to my room. Great staff, clean room and a good deal on the price.

Staff were rude upon check in and check out. Breakfast instructions were not clear or concise, though breakfast in a bag is not a sufficient hotel-provided meal option, regardless.

It was great stuff was nice. They have the option to bring your breakfast app to you in the morning, are you going down there to get it? Many places I stay at? If you don't show app by the time they serve breakfast? You don't get none, they make sure you get some. You just feel like your little form. Let him know how you wanted them. Make sure you get your breakfast staff was very courteous. Room was easy to find and overall was quiet in there. I didn't have to worry about noise druggies coming in causing problems. It was great.

The furniture was very old and uncomfortable, didn't sleep well mattress was to hard. Price was good, to many people hanging around outside not sure what they were wanting for.

The hotel lobby was very cold-looking, white and empty, with no place to sit while waiting to check in. I parked near the entrance thinking that we were staying in that building, then was told that our room was in a different building that I had to drive to. I’d also reserved a water-view room but was given one over-looking a parking lot. The person checking in the night before didn’t tell us that we had to order breakfast in advance so in the morning we went to the registration building to find the breakfast room and found out that there was no breakfast room. The hotel agent at reception was very nice, and managed to get us sausage and eggs very quickly. He was great, and the best thing about this hotel.

Dirty mostly equates to an odor permeating the place. The door handle/lock wouldn't work pushing down on the handle - we had to lift up to open the door. The mechanism looked worn. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked. While shower pressure was good, hot & cold were reversed and water came out the wall around the spigot when the shower was engaged. We were in room 336 which was one floor under an employees only area and there was conversation and noise above us all night long. We will not return to this facility.

Loved the location & peaceful water view, & that I could order from a menu for breakfast & schedule either room delivery or pickup! The bathroom was very clean. The rest of the room was not clean, the remote hadn’t been wiped in forever with caked dust, tv/coffee maker/microwave didn’t work at all. I was only there for a few hours, as I had family in the hospital nearby so I was mainly looking for sleep, & not cooking or entertainment. Good thing! Staff were super nice & helpful!

The place has mixed hotels and apartments. The location was convenient but everything was very old and dingy, the shower had a broken tile and very difficult to get hot water. Had key issues. Staff did not communicate well. Lots of potential for this place just needs a good update. The bed was comfortable though

The property was not in good repair. The two most alarming was an unknown pill left on the top bedding and the clump of hair stuck on the wall near the iron & ironing board. Also, while I have no proof, it very much seemed like the property was subsidized (possible shelter or rehab). The smell of MJ throughout, dirty carpet, and torn wood paneling on inside bathroom door. Having said that, the front desk was friendly and kind, and the breakfast was convenient and sufficient.

This property appears to be a single level but is actually at least 3 stories! We had a ground floor with a view of the grassy back area with trees and view of a quiet bay. Could use some updating (old, sticky doors, ice machine only on one level, etc) but was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel’s Computer System Was Not Working Properly, & I Had To Wait Until Around 4:30 To Check In ( Which Was 3:00 PM On The Reservation )! When, I Checked Out, The Computer Froze & The Hold of $100 On My Credit Card Could Not Be Removed. The Gazeebo Behind The Hotel Was Broken 😡!
