Was a little disappointed with fireplace not working. But communication was very good with owner. Very clean and updated unit, 3 minute walk to lift. Great location. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this unit. Unit was well stocked with necessary items, clean, and located super close to the hill. John and Lisa let us know when the unit was ready, and we quickly unpacked and scoped the place out. Except for the grocery store, we never even used our vehicle. This unit is so close to everything that it’s not necessary. It was a 5 min walk to Main Street, 3-4 to the Quicksilver lift, and 1 min walk to hot tubs. It honestly couldn’t be better! One item to note - parking spots in Breckenridge (including this one) tend to be tight. If you’ve got a big SUV, you might find the spot to be a bit snug. We were fine with the minivan though.
