We loved our stay! The front desk staff was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and quick. The facilities were clean, and so easy to book all the extra fun. We wish there were more breakfast options on the resort premises, but the waffles were good.

The property is clean; the staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is great with nice views of the mountains. The restaurant was closed for the last two days of our stay for fall break or something. I know that mattresses are individual, but this one was hard as the floor.

The hotel was excellent, clean, beautiful, relaxing, and even better than I expected. Everything was well provided and the stay was very comfortable. The only downside was a power outage, which I understand was not the hotel’s fault. However, the response was quite slow when we tried to get assistance, and since we only stayed two nights, one of them was significantly affected. I would have appreciated better communication and perhaps some gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, a great hotel and I would definitely stay again, but without power outages!

Wonderful amenities the outside pool and hot tubs were great…. we had a one bedroom which was quite small, but to be expected for a ski and ski out hotel. We were in the north building which is a pretty good walk from the lobby so that’s just something to ask about when you book if you don’t wanna be walking to everything. Overall, we had a really nice day and would stay again.
