Like many things, you get what you pay for. This property was on the lower price end of condominiums that allow a small dog. The description is accurate except not sure how you'd fit 4 people in this unit, much less 6 people as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed seeing the Fall color in Breck and in Vail.
My husband, myself, and our small 7 pound dog stayed in this condo June 21 - June 27th. The location was perfect as it was next door to the Grand Timber where the rest of our family stayed. The entrance and hallway leading to the unit was extremely dirty and dark. It felt more like you were heading into a ski locker area. We were beginning to be concerned about what we were going to find at the end of the hall to our accommodations. Not to worry, the condo was clean, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, The kitchen was adequately stocked. We had no mechanical issues where something didn't work. This is a very small 1 bedroom unit that I would not recommend for more than 2 people with a small dog. It is also a garden level so it is a bit darker than the pictures portray. I imagine it is in a great location if you are in Breckenridge to ski as the Snowflake lift is nearby. For our summer stay the garden level worked in our favor as it kept the condo cooler during the late afternoon and early evening than our family's accommodations over at the Grand Timber. Air conditioning is not common in Breck when the summer nights always get into the 40's and 50's. The garage to the unit came in handy for storing our E-bikes. The garage for this unit is at the end of the Los Pinos development while the condo is up at the front. It was a very odd set up for the numbered garages. Fortunately the owner was very specific on where you could find your garage,
