LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It is just three blocks from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. Main Street is an easy walk, just two blocks away from shopping and dining.
AMENITIES – There are two bedrooms including a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Meals are easy with a fully-stocked kitchen for a big dinner or just making a quick snack on the go. Tired skiers can relax in the living room with a fire by the fireplace or watch a movie in the evening. Step onto the patio to enjoy the views in the comfort of the patio chairs. When it is time to soak in the hot tub, the Park Place complex has two on-site. In addition, after a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.
All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. This was a great space for two couples and would be excellent for a family as well. Close, easy walk to downtown for restaurants and shipping and also close walk to slopes to ski!
This is rental worked really well for our family. Short walk to downtown (and the duck race), easy stroll to see the troll, and all facilities were in working order.
Great place to stay with the family. Easy to take the bus to snowflake or beaver run and then at the end of the day take the 4 o'clock all the way back to the place.
We were looking for somewhere where we could walk to the chairlift and walk into town. This was absolutely perfect for our family. The hot tub is great. And we have no complaints.
We really enjoyed the condo - very comfortable, well equipped, TV with many streaming options, very close to downtown shops/restaurants. The mngt staff were excellent in communications/responses to our texts. Would highly recommend this place and would stay there again next time.
Great 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of downtown Breck. This place is within walking distance to the gondola and a multitude of restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is really ideal for a family. The beds and couches were comfortable, and we really loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here two nights for a family ski getaway (spouse and two teenagers). Great location; able to walk in ski boots to the Snowflake Lift and then walk downtown after a day of skiing. Property presented as advertised and had all the things needed for our stay. As a heads up, the condo's HOA only allows one vehicle for parking. I'd stay here again.
Terrific location. Very clean unit. Comfortable for a group of 4 adults. Heaters in rooms get very hot, so just need to learn how to adjust temperature comfortably. Great spot!
Unit was clean and well maintained. Its centralized location allowed us to walk into town, as well as to the lifts. The gas fireplace added to to coziness of the unit. The Kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed, loved the granite countertops. This place felt like home. We would definitely book this unit on our next trip to Breckenridge.
The place was clean, had a beautiful view and fit our needs perfectly. I had some questions and the manager responded quickly every time. Each room had a bathroom with its own door creating a mini suite feel. I loved that it came with an initial stock of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels etc so that you can start living right away. Location was a short walk to the Main Street of town. Would definitely stay here again!
Overall our stay was great. The only complaint would be parking, our group arrived in two vehicles but were only allowed to park one vehicle on site. Contacting property manager about additional parking, we received what seemed to be a standard generated text reply about a paid parking lot across town. Could have been lack of research on my part, but this was an unexpected inconvenience.
Your condo is great. Great location. 50 yards to the bus stop and essentially a ski IN I have been skiing with 3 buddies for 40 years. We like to make our own food at the end of the day. Few kitchens are stocked with all the essentials. We found every tool we needed. 5 stars
We absolutely love the condo and the set up and the location. We have stayed in that area on 4 o'clock run before. Everything went really well. We did have a child that got sick and we had to leave early and we were a little disappointed. We had two handicap people and I was assured there'd be handicap access and there was not. There was not handicap access for parking either.
Aside from having to leave early because of the sick child, we had a wonderful time.

Not very clean and having a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom not good and mold on ceiling due to the configuration. A few in the party experienced allergic reaction (possibly the mold or dust present). Noticed rug shoved up against water heater in closet for storage, not safe. The hot tub was clean and the snow removal very good though. I would expect to pay half of what we paid for this week condo stay. ;(
Great location, within walking distance to ski/shuttles, downtown restaurants and shopping. Easy parking for our one vehicle off the street. Nicely furnished condo with comfortable beds/pillows. Pull-out couch was not the most comfortable for sleeping for our adult daughter however. Really appreciated the coded/keyless entry and not having to go to separate office for check-in/out. Management very responsive via texts/emails. Please note that this unit is on the third floor(no elevators) and there are quite a few stairs to navigate - lugging ski gear and luggage at that altitude is quite the work out! On the positive side - the vaulted ceilings are really nice and you don't have anyone "clomping around" above you! I highly recommend this VRBO if you are looking for a place in the Breckenridge ski area!

This condo is in a great location for everything you need in the summer. Yiu can walk to town, walk to the Breck Connect gondola. You could even walk to the grocery store if you wanted. Just be warned there are lots of stairs.

Great place and location. Host are excellent.
The condo is spacious and a great location for going to town or the ski slopes. We usually did drop off at Beaver Run and skied down 4o’clock. We found everything we needed in the condo. 6 of us found the beds comfortable.
Great location just a short walk away from Main Street shopping and restaurants and the gondola to the ski resort. The condo was roomy and worked well for our family of five adults/young adults. Would stay there again.
