Perfect location! Our condo is 1076 sq ft and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, dining area, and full kitchen. It sleeps 6 people comfortably and the unit is stocked with the essentials for a relaxing stay. The unit has 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and 1 queen pull-out bed in the living room. Our guests have frequently commented on the great location! This is a fabulous ski-in condo complex and is within steps to the historic downtown and the ski resort gondola. The Breckenridge downtown is a great place for shopping and dining. Condo unit amenities include free WiFi, large DVD collection, board games, hot tub, pool, full kitchen with utensils, and more! The condo was remodeled in 2015\. This was as close to a ski in/ski out property without the sky high price of resort! We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. Layout gave everyone room to space out. Full kitchen was a plus for cooking after a long day on the slopes. 1/4 mile walk to gondola in the morning and less than that taking "4oclock trail to town" back home. Condo was very clean. It is spacious, and the layout of the bedrooms, kitchen and dining rooms had a nice flow. The art on the walls was lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots/pans and there were plenty of extra towels, laundry soap, card and board games and even flashlights to borrow. These are things I appreciate being there but not having to bring when packing for vacation. I'd suggest bringing DVDs if you want to watch movies not on cable -- there is a player there but no DVDs. Some of the local cable channels had spotty coverage but we worked with that. The pool and hot tubs are just steps away, and you are also within walking distance or a short drive to the gondola, grocery store and downtown. For those interested, the condo was fairly easy to navigate for a person using a walker as well. There are four steps up from the parking garage to the elevator so my family member could walk up the stairs and then use the walker the rest of the way. And the layout was conducive for someone with low mobility. We really enjoyed the condo! ##### Claire C. The condo exceeded our expectations! It’s literally in the perfect location. While we have stayed many times near Peak 9, this location by the gondola (access to Peak 7 and 8) with the ski in on the 4 o’Clock run was perfect. If you want to go right to Peak 9, the bus right by building comes every 15 minutes. And downtown, our favorite, is not even 2 blocks away! It’s perfect. The size and layout of the condo was amazing. Kids had their own bathroom and bedroom, master was huge, kitchen was an amazing size....and I didn’t even mention we walked to the grocery store and the bus stop at the gondola to visit Keystone one evening. S. 22 Jun 2018 #### Loved it - as advertised This condo was amazing! Everything we (family of 4) could ask for. Plenty of room for our 2 tweens and ourselves.We stayed for 4 days, and loved it! Came equipped with pretty much everything you'd need to get by (silverware, plates, extra blankets, pillows, games, dvd's for downtime, etc). When I had a couple questions, Nick was easily accessible and helpful. Location is perfect - 2 minute walk from downtown/Main street and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola's. If you do have to get groceries - it's about a 5 minute walk from a store or you can drive 10 minutes down to Frisco. The only possible knock is you could hear the person above showering, getting ready in the morning, or coming in at night. Everything else, amazing! ##### Fabio G. S. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Francie S. 18 Apr 2018 #### Convenient, updated kitchen & baths, comfortable for family of 4 We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Breckenridge! The condo was perfect for our family - very comfortable and large enough so that we could spread out after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the games / puzzles / DVDs in the downtime. The location is convenient; Main Street / downtown is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stops to the slopes are a block away. The kitchen is updated and pleasant to cook in (we cooked for breakfast and a couple of suppers). We really appreciated the covered parking, especially during our last day when it snowed a very large amount. There are racks to hang skiis and jackets in the entrance, and a place for boots. The automatic fireplace was great because it was so low maintenance - it turns on and off with a button and warms up quickly. We would definitely recommend Nick & Shannon's condo, and we hope to stay here again in the future! ##### Francie S.
