  • You can't ask for a better location as this cozy second-floor and family-friendly condo is nestled in Breckenridge's Downtown Arts District. While being in the center of town, you'll appreciate staying in a private and quiet building. Featuring large, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony with some views of the Breckenridge ski resort, return from a day on the slopes to enjoy the peaceful scenery whether being inside or out. This balcony also features a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals with a view. The condo has undergone some recent updates including new hallway and kitchen flooring as well as a brand-new bathroom. There is a private stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

    Located only one block off Main Street, it's steps from the free bus route, a short walk to the Market grocery store (half a block away), restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, and within walking distance to the ski slopes, you won't find a better location than this! Bed very old, soft and lumpy. No ceiling fan in bedroom. Why did entry key have a 10 digit code? Shower shampoo dispenser was designed in such a way it was impossible to get any shampoo out!!

The property was fine and the location to downtown was good. However, the parking disclosure and information soured us on this rental. The listing represents “onsite parking available” which is simply not correct. There is hourly paid parking on the street during the day which would have been fine but there is no overnight parking. We had to park over 1/2 mile from the unit overnight with a separate 25 fee (other overnight parking was as much as 50). Having to park a significant distance each night and find transportation or walk back was a hassle. If had been disclosed correctly and we chose to do that I would have been fine. But the listing is simply not accurate and it was stressful and irritating especially on the first evening there trying to figure out our options for night time parking.
