Beautiful view with direct access to the lake Trail. We rented bikes, locally and biked between Dillon and Keystone. Perfect long weekend with plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful and relaxing

Amazing view! Our family of six had plenty of room inside and on the balcony (which is where we all spent many hours). The condo is close to everything in Dillon and surrounding area. The kids also loved the pool. Recommended stay when you are in the Dillon area.

2025 Ski Trip

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our needs - great location, incredible panoramic view of Lake Dillon from the porch/unit, and very comfortable great room, kitchen, and bedrooms for our needs. Would definitely book again.

The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished, great patio with barbecue (electric!) and the views and location can't be beat Underground parking and access to an elevator were added bonuses. The homeowners were very responsive when I had questions. Friends, who were staying nearby, agreed we would all look to stay in this unit next year!

Amazing Stay

This condo was absolutely stunning. Me and a group of friends stayed for two nights and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The view is out of this world. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

A clean and beautiful condo with amazing views! Very peaceful, and within walking distance to Dillon Amphitheater. Ample room for families (our teen appreciated having her own suite) and we loved warming up at night next to the gas fireplace. We look forward to returning this fall!

Best spot in town

We couldnt have asked for (or probably found) a better place to rent for the weekend. The patio view was far better than expected. Even with sub zero temps, we couldn't help but spend some moments taking it all in. The condo size was perfect for our little family too. Felt like a home.

Exactly As Advertised/The View

As soon as we walked into the condo, the million dollar view took our breath away! Nothing but water (frozen and snow covered) and mountains as far as the eye could see. The interior of the condo was exactly the same as the pictures online, every detail was well thought out and made us feel like we were in a mountain lodge. We were very comfortable and the amenities like the pool/hot tub and underground parking were the cherry on top. The location was perfect, mere minutes from a grocery store, shopping and highway access. We will, without a doubt, be staying here again.

Super for Family of Four

My family of four had a great experience. Wonderful views, great location, cool western decor, space in the parking garage, an elevator -- all excellent. Although the second bedroom could potentially sleep 4, I suspect the place would feel pretty crowded with six people, but still do-able in a crunch. We hope to return to the same unit next year!

July 4 Fun

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and have already booked again. Love that we could keep our paddle boards and kayak in the secure garage as well as having two spots in the garage. It was just a short walk to put them in the water and enjoy the lake. We had everything in the unit we needed and love the view! Enjoyed the theme/decor. Plenty of room to spread out and hang things; ample closet space and drawers etc.

Winter getaway

Great place, very comfortable. We came up for a hockey tournament and were able to enjoy Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge very easily because of its location. The only issues we found were the railings to the bunk beds were dangerously loose. We were able to makeshift a way to secure them but needs a permanent fix. Also, the tv and entertainment center were a bit small and uncomfortable for the couch. Luckily we weren’t there to watch tv so it really wasn’t an issue. Just more of a suggestion. Would come back again!

Stayed at this condo for quick ski trip to Copper Mountain (12 miles away) with my husband, my 19 y/o daughter and her friend. In the past we’ve stayed at Copper resorts ski in/ski out, and in Frisco (7 miles from Copper). It is well worth the slightly longer drive, to stay at this beautiful setting in Dillon. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. The unit is well appointed. The owner was courteous and responded promptly to text. We will definitely stay here next time. When we do, we’ll make it more than a mere 3 night stay.

Great condo in heart of Dillon

We only stayed two nights, as an add-on to our spring break mountain trip. It was a great choice. The condo is well-equipped, modern, and has plenty of space for 4-6 people. The views are incredible. The locations is great - about 9 mins to Keystone, 20 mins to Breckenridge, and right in town for shopping, dinner, etc. Sheree was very responsive. The only issue is parking if you have a roof rack or car with great than 6'3" clearance -- you have to park outside and not in the garage provided. We figured it out, but FYI.
