Great place in the perfect location to ski and enjoy Breck
What a great condo in the best location imaginable. The gondola is an easy walk and Main Street is even closer. The condo is cozy and well appointed. Check in and check out are very easy. The owner was very welcoming and available by chat.

Wonderful condo!
Wonderful condo in the heart of Breckenridge. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay. Access to the mountain and town are a breeze for this location, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will certainly try to say here again!

Christmas in Breck!
As a family we decided to start making memories during the holidays and we started that tradition by traveling to Breckenridge to spend a week around Christmas. We got 3 days of snow fall and the skiing was great! The condo is located right at the end of the 4 o'clock run so you literally ski back to the condo everyday. Also, located a block off of Main St. so it is super close to shopping and restaurants. Had a great vacation and hopefully we will be able to do it again in the future. Ken and Marlene were great with communication making sure we had all the info we needed to make checking in and out as easy as possible. Couldn't have asked for better hosts.

Location location location.
What a wonderful town and this is the best ski location! Unit slightly outdated but the location and host are the best. Would definitely stay here in the future. Had a great time in Breckenridge!

This condo was great! This is the second time we have stayed in this building. Everything was very clean and check in was very easy. The parking is a bonus! Highly recommend.

The property was as described & pics were accurate. Faces main road but with white noise on you couldn’t hear a thing. Kitchen is lightly stocked but for a short stay it had all we needed to cook. Would stay here again walked to Gondola to ski and to Main Street for shops and entertainment.

The whole property was very clean, except for some of the kitchen-ware. Also be wary of the hot tub, as the water had so much chlorine in it that it lightened up my blue swim trunks, and left my affected skin very red for several days. The property owners were very nice and communicative however.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll have the cleaning crew deep clean the kitchen. All you need is one grungy spatula to make you wonder about everything else in the kitchen. It will be done! And I'll report the hot tub chlorine issue to the condo maintenance manager. That's not okay. There are four hot tubs but I'll check them all when im

Perfectly Located
This property was warm and cozy and located a block to the Gondola, or directly on the free city shuttle bus route, with a convenient stop right in front of the building. On the last day, our family skied right to the bottom of the Four O'Clock run, which is just across the street from the entrance to the building. We enjoyed the warm fireplace on those below zero temperatures at night, and the comfortable seating that is grouped around the fireplace. The television has all kinds of channels and streaming services, so we were entertained during the time we spent indoors. The 14 degrees below zero weather we had during our stay kept us out of the outdoor hot tubs at the property, but we did see other guests enjoying them. There is a bar and food served in a restaurant directly in the building, if you prefer staying in. However, the best of Breckenridge restaurants and shops around Main Street are a very short walk away. Nothing is more than a ten minute leisurely stroll from this condo. You couldn't ask for a better located place. We left our car in the underground garage the entire week. Both beds were quite comfortable, and the in unit washer and dryer was very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was other worldly. We live in a city with water restrictions, so having a shower like this made me feel like Caligula. Very decadent! Staff at the River Mountain Lodge were helpful, with a ski valet in the lobby should you bring your equipment back with you each night. Communication with our host was always prompt and helpful. Thank you Ken and family for sharing your lovely home with us on our fun ski trip to Breckenridge.

Very Clean and a Great Location
The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. We walked to dinner and the shops. We caught a shuttle right in front of the lodge to get to the gondola and skied down Four O'clock run kicked our skies off and walked across the street to the lodge. Also, the property owner was quick to respond. The gas fireplace pilot light was out. We reach out and it was fixed immediately.

This apartment is very spacious, situated smack in the middle of downtown, within walking distance to everything in town. We stayed for a wedding in fall, so didn't need to shlep skis etc. We really appreciated the super comfortable king-sized (which is a rarity) bed.

We would suggest an over view of the property. It took exploring to realize the river was on the back side of the property. Great place to watch the river go by!! Also, there are THREE hot tubs on property…one is not open…another is hidden…ask about it. A better blender, please? So, a little welcome and information book would be great! We received two sets of checking instructions, a little confusing. Overall, thus was a great location and a nice property! The owners were super nice and helpful in our communication with them! Wish we were still there!! 💜

Very clean and nicely furnished condo and an easy walk to all the main street shopping. The owners were a joy to deal with and the check-in was very smooth. The condo sits road side and you can hear some emergency vehicles at night but it wasn’t that annoying. Breckinridge was very busy Friday and Saturday night but wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and hopefully stay at this condo.

We stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights. Prior to arrival, I received a detailed and simple to understand instructions on how to check in from the owners. Upon arrival it was easy and quick to find the keys and get into the townhouse. Parking was a breeze and convenient. The place was immaculately cleaned. The pictures are exactly what you will get but frankly even better in person. You should book this place if you want to be 1 block from Main Street where endless restaurants and shopping await. It is a block from the free Breck connect gondola . It’s within walking distance of Sawmill hiking trail which we hiked as to feel like we accomplished something before our eating and drinking escapades would start for the day. You shouldn’t hesitate if you are like us and have looked at a million places to stay in Breck before choosing this place. The value, location, and clear pride in ownership makes booking this place a no brainer. Thanks for the great stay!

My best friend and I were in town for three days to hike. The location of this condo could not be more perfect! We only had to drive to the trailhead. Everything else was well within walking distance. The room was very clean and well suited for our needs. The check-in is easy and the owner has everything covered prior to check in. I was thankful we were driving a car vs suburban as the parking lot would be tight for a claustrophobic driver such as myself! The place was amazing. The location is amazing The host was amazing and helpful. I will be booking this place again for next year!

Thanks Janna. So glad that you had a good time in Breckenridge. Marlene and I just got home from a few days at the condo. We traded out the couch and chair for a new couch and loveseat. I think you'll like it! You're right the underground parking appears tight, but we usually drive an suv and have had no problem getting in and out. I am shocked though when I see the size of some trucks that people get in there. Not me! Ha ha! If I got it in I would have to abandon it! 😁 I guess they're used to it though, that's why they drive them. There is also one outside spot for those who show up in a Winnebago. I hope you do come back and stay with us again next year. Cheers!

Great place to stay. Easy to find, one block off Main St so very easy to walk to restaurants, the gondola and even City Market. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a couple of weeks. We were a little concerned with facing Hwy 9 but traffic drops off considerably after dark and ended up being quiet for sleeping. Quiet building also. Comfy bed and living room furniture. Ken easy to work with and We would definitely recommend staying.

Ouch! I'm very sorry you found it so tough. There is no air conditioning in River Mountain Lodge. It may be a particularly warm summer in the mountains this year. Any time we've been concerned about the condo getting too warm we kept the curtains pulled during the day as the place faces west. We've never had a problem.

Other than a slight glitch at checkin, everything was great and owners and reception desk were very responsive. We loves the location —though perhaps another fan would have been nice. It was warm and the unit is too close to traffic to leave patio doors in bedroom open at night.

The perfect slope side place
This place is absolutely perfect. It’s clean, spacious, and located right downtown, plus only a 3 mins walk to the lifts. Ken was the perfect host and could not be more accommodating. The apartment itself is homey, has a king bed and a open kitchen/ living room layout making it way larger than it seems. It’s immaculately clean and the facilities have two hot tubs, a gym, and board watch. Plus only 1 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops- would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Enjoyable mountain getaway
My husband and I escaped the late August Texas heat to Michelle's property. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Check in was easy and we liked the covered parking. It's in a great location - essentially right behind Columbine Cafe, our favorite breakfast place. The only drawbacks, if any, were that all the drawers and the bottom of the closet are stacked with linens, giving us no room for our stuff, so we had to live out of our suitcases for a week. Also, because Main Street is closed to traffic this summer, the noise from Park Avenue was louder than we expected. Overall it was a wonderful week, despite the few negatives and the drizzle.
