"Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."

"Estive hospedada do dia 04.04.25 a 06.04.25. Pontos positivos: Atendimento na recepção, muito educados e prestativos. Chegamos no hotel as 20.30, sendo que nem esperavamos mais jantar pois como trabalhamos na sexta não conseguimos iniciar o check-in mais cedo, e nos esperaram para jantar... achei muito bom e fico imensamente agradecido. "This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."
