We had a wonderful stay at Palace View Resort. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was clean. We would absolutely stay there again.

We have stayed at this property several times and have always been very pleased. It is always clean and quiet. You feel as if you are away from everyone even if you are still in the city!

It was a girls weekend! Mom and daughters! The condo worked out great! Wheelchair accessible as we requested, the bathroom is clean and accessible too. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen has the basics, so if you need anything special please bring it with you! Towels are nice and fluffy for showering. Pool was nice too, with a clean changing room. We went out for most dinners. Local restaurants and shops are close by. We had a great time. Plenty of parking.

They have 3 different resorts. It is not advertised like that so when our family booked our rooms we did not know that we were in different resorts. So not family friendly in that respect. When I tried to move closer they wanted triple the price to do so.

Great stay! We like staying here and having a full kitchen, dining area, living room and bedrooms. The beds are great, nice pillows and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable.

It was nice condo but I didn't like having to wash my own dishes and put them up. That means everyone else does too that stays there and I do not believe that's very hygienic but otherwise, nice experience. They do not take cash and I wished I knew that up front.

Check in took way too long, staff complained about IT issues but only one person was ahead of me and it to 30+ mins. Then we are forced to go wait in line at concierge to get a parking pass so she can try to sell a time share? Stop the games! Building 6 has very poor water pressure.

Walls are paper thin, and read the small print!
The room was nice, BUT, they were trying to sell their condos and hit you up almost immediately. We could clearly hear every normal level conversation,etc. from the room next door. Any housekeeping was an extra charge. Coffee in your room was for an extra charge after the first day. You were expected to remove your own trash. Not a resort quality stay by any means.

Low Flow
Only one drawback, shower pressure is so low it was difficult to rinse off. This is low flow on steroids. Everything else was great.

For a first time visitor, not a lot was explained. Took a long time for check in, and nothing about check outs,or what was needed to be done on property. Washer/dryer sliding door was broke and would not shut. A worker or staff was never seen in the four days we were there, unless we went to main building check in area, for questions,concerns. Internet was bad but that seems to be everywhere now. Still have questions about deposit and returns.

The facilities were great BUT the staff communication and response was poor causing undue stress and time waste …need to make people aware of expectation before booking and what is a true ammenity and what costs. Also do job right first time and keep your word and do the follow through when say you will vs customer having to repeat to make right …still waiting for them to keep their word
