Having stayed at The Orange Tree in the past many times, we were really pleasantly surprised to find that they had expanded their accommodation to include the conversation of two cottages next door. It was in one of these that we stayed. The rooms had been so tastefully done with all the amenities that you could wish for. Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there....

We had a 'superior' room/apartment, and it really was superior. An entrance hall, bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, AND a large sitting room/kitchen. Fantastic. A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit.
