Nice purpose built building next to pub, room very hot, bed a little uncomfortable, double glazed windows would stop road noise. Would stay again.

A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

This is a real gem. Lovely building, and one of the best views from the beer garden in England. Great mix of friendly locals and other travellers, a well staffed kitchen, bar and restaurant. Great for Goodwood Motor Circuit too.

Beautiful setting and lovely staff. Back garden (where the fish are) was lovely, so peaceful, pretty and relaxing. The gardens generally were beautiful. Hotel room was lovely but could have had a fridge and also should really have access to SKY and International TV channels (This - for a hotel of this quality - really should be standard). Attractive small hotel in a quiet location and very close to the beach. Rooms are small but well appointed with all that one needs. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Car park is tight so not for nervous drivers! Breakfast is freshly cooked but limited choice - more fruit would be nice! The dining area (outdoors in nice weather) gets very busy and lively - a good sign but can be a little noisy - but not late in the evening. Recommended.

Very traditional inn experience! Beautiful town with everything within walking distance. Staff are warm, chatty and more than happy to fufill requests if able. Breakfast was served between 7:30 and 10 giving plenty of time to laze if needed. Breakfast is cooked to order not a buffet style. Overall a fantastic experiance.

OMG. I stay in a lot of hotels but this tops the list of my favourites. My junior suite was vast and the food excellent. Stay here......except when I want to stay again!

Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!

The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive.
