"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."

"Great hotel, staff were outstanding at going out the way to help even at the late hours of the night. I made use of the pool which overall was good however very busy even at first hours of pool opening. If I was to be really picky about my stay it would be the dust on the fan, as it’s coming to that time of year again (warmer weather) I actually had to use mine but it was quite dusty so they could have done with a wee clean especially with hay-fever and asthma it’s not gonna be the best. But apart from that I’d happily stay again."
