About this property

Home on a Hill

  • This is a fully renovated entire private home with hi-speed internet, multi-level backyard with fire pit, and bench swing with a view of the woods, 4 very quiet bedrooms and 5th loft bonus room, garage, large full kitchen w/all cookware included, dishwasher, washer & dryer. All bedding is high quality, high thread count. All beds are elevated from the floor with new firm memory foam mattresses. All brand new furniture, kitchenware, dinnerware, linens, etc. included. Perfect for families!

    We are located on a quiet hill within the City of Bradford, near Allegeheny State Park (which offers hiking, swimming, cross country skiing) and National Forest, Kinzua Bridge, Kinzua Beach and many other attractions. In the winter, enjoy downhill skiing and tubing at Holiday Valley Ski Resort in nearby Ellicotville NY (Bradford PA is on the border of NY).

    CAMERA
    We have a Ring doorbell camera. We do not have any cameras inside the home. Any attempt to tamper with, dismantle, disable or otherwise block the Ring doorbell camera will result in the lose of your security deposit, a $500 fine, and the immediate cancellation of your reservation (at the host’s discreation) with no refund of any unused days.
