"The bathroom water faucet needs fixed,The bedroom TV is broken and you can’t get a clear picture . The pool was a little dirty when we arrived and I cleaned it the best I could. We did get to enjoy the pool and was extremely relaxing and privet which we enjoyed. The place was a very relaxing stay. It’s perfect for a couple that wants to get away. Stationed very close to trolly stops and close enough for a walk to the beach."

"Clean room. Check in was not seamless. Although I went to property “A” to check in, pay, and provide contact info- I had to call several times as I still had not received a text with code to check into room- which was properly “B”. Thank goodness there was an accurate property phone number. When I called the second time- I did get a check in code. Coffee maker in room did not work well-also not good condiment selection- no sugars. The room was clean and I was upgraded to a king suite- however I would have rather just had the early check in I requested . Layout in bathroom was awful- door swings in way of toilet- vanity. All in all was a Cute place . Small Fridge , a 3-4 block walk to beach. Several restaurants / shops within walking distance. Free parking. Small pool with lounge chairs. Next time I would opt for a place right on beach."

"Amazing 2 weeks in Holmes Beach. 200 steps from garage to beach. Master bed was perfect. The elevator to take up groceries and luggage was super convenient. Richard was patient with all my questions. Hoping to return again next year."

"House was clean and appeared as it is on the booking platform. Beds were comfortable and the space provided plenty of room for my family of 6. The private pool was beautiful. Many pool and beach accessories available for use. Any easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking/golf cart ride distance. We did not have any issues, but if we did, I am confident the owner would have addressed promptly. I appreciated him checking in during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time. Would highly recommend!"
