Everything was new and clean and perfect. The heated pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and were used by our grandchildren every day. The access to the beach would normally be quite perfect, but there was some construction happening right across from the location which made it a bit more challenging. It is exactly as the pictures show. A bit dated, but had everything we needed. Didn't realize it was spring break, traffic was crazy. I'm happy we could walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
