Cross the street and got through the BBC gate and straight to the gulf. Literally 1 minute walk. Could see the kids in the pool from this unit. Never heard anyone above us or outside while in the unit. Can walk to the back of the complex to a deck to observe the Bay and fish. Would definitely recommend.
