An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. "Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. "Our team was in town for a tournament at Tampa Sportsplex. House was perfect for a large group of teens, especially having the dock and large yard for everyone to spread out. It is a lake house, so set expectations accordingly. I give it 5 stars because it was exactly as advertised and what I expected. Owner and local contact were very responsive."

"The property has been recently updated so everything was clean, very well decorated, and as expected from the pictures. The pool area and lanai were nice to hang out in. The only minor ding I’d give it is there aren’t any loungers by the pool! Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to be able to lay out there. Other than that, it’s a great house in a quiet location!"

"The listing is accurate to the "T" Quiet neighborhood, easy to shops, private! The King bed made such a difference. The pool was fantastic, anytime of the day, was serviced as stated. We only get to see my fam, once a year, we had family day at the pool. Mgt company answered all questions and in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend would be cleaning supplies. ( I am neat freak) ex floor cleaner, spray cleaner for counters, etc.. Washer and Dryer was a nice addition! We will be back...

"We had a very nice stay in this property. We had six adults and the way the units are laid out we had plenty of privacy and space. The river and backyard were also very nice. The host left us shampoo, soap, laundry detergent which was also great. I would definitely stay at this property again."
