"Extremely slow service at front desk. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Found hairs on the bed. Didn't feel comfortable at this hotel at all! Just a sketchy outdated place. We barely slept due to the outside noise. When we arrive there were police at someone’s door. We had no toilet paper, not enough towels for amount of guests, and they didn’t service our room. Poor experience overall. ."

"Staff was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooms are small and there is a fridge but the microwave is not in the room; you have to go to the 3rd or 11th floor. Also, there were no washcloths. "

"Parking was really convenient and good. The air and heat worked very well and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the water not getting hot one morning however, the front desk staff rectified the issue and everything was fine. Overall, it was a safe convenient place to stay for our weekend activities."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. Not entirely clean, during my stay a bug jumped out of the lap (so please do a quick sweep before resting). The front desk staff were kind and clear with their policies, offering a hospitality cookie. The outside area of the hotel is a bit sketchy with no stores open nearby. For the price, it is reasonable short-term stay. "

"It was different. Not in a bad way but very high tech. The way you just hit first the room number and it tell you what elevator to take. The only thing for me was there was a lout alarm that went off tell you not to take elevators but head to lobby. High sense of urgency no one saying what was going on until you stood there for a bit. Then when they came back on the intercom it was a soft spoken false alarm. Still didn’t know what it was about."

"Stayed here last year and I thought they would have made at least a little effort addressing some of their previous issues. After a year there's still only one workung elevator. The pot holes in the parking lot have gotten worse. And now they have decided to eliminate the only good thinf they had, the breakfast. Its now a "bag" breakfast, and if you don't like it, too bad. Would never stay here again. And Expedia sgould have been aware of the breakfast and the general conditions of this run down hotel."
